At Danbury, CT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
